SAMRAT'S STORY

In July 2019, a long-held family dream became a reality in Castelló de la Plana, the capital city of the province of Castellón, Spain.

With more than 20–25 years of experience in the food industry, our family had developed a deep passion for Indian cuisine and a desire to share its authentic flavours with the local community. After years of working, learning, and gaining experience in the restaurant industry, we finally took the step of opening our own family-owned Indian restaurant.

Our vision was simple: to bring authentic Indian food to Castellón, using traditional recipes, carefully selected ingredients, and aromatic spices, while staying true to the rich culinary traditions of India.

Since then, we have been proud to welcome families, friends, and food lovers into our restaurant, offering them genuine Indian flavours in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

What began as a family dream continues today with the same passion and dedication — authentic Indian food, crafted with experience, tradition, and love.
